Push ups Tabata

So I've decided to make Sunday my Tabata day since I don't train on Mondays and on Saturdays just from time to time. Yesterday I did Tabata with push ups it was not so bad, but I wanted to keep one pace at least for five sets. Well- I didn't make it, it was too heavy. Started to get weaker fast after third set.

Just to remind Tabata means 20 seconds of explosive work and 10 seconds of rest repeated 7 times.

Sunday (13-th of January- pushups): 19; 19; 18; 16; 12; 11; 11.

After that I decided to start to stretch- I can feel that it is one of my major faults (not enough stretching). Yoga for Crossfitters
