Today first training after the Xmas break. After the worm-up I've experienced "Tabata torture". We've done five blocks of exercises:
- wall-ball;
- air squat/ push-up;
- burpees;
- sit-ups;
- reversed burpees.
Each of the exercises we've done in 10 sets (20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest). I nearly died during burpees, so the rest was not so hard 'cause only thing I could think of was not to give-up. At the end I've succeeded, so I'm really happy with my performance today but I feel like I really need to start running again because my weight jumped up to 97kg (that is 3 kg more) and today I felt my cardio was gone.
